During the past eighteen years, we have been able to achieve many accomplishments as we work towards our mission to improve the quality of life for community residents through homeownership, job creation, business development and cultural awareness.

As we embark upon new challenges of building communities, empowering our youth, encouraging entrepreneurship, and nurturing our seniors of the Elizabeth City and Pasquotank County area, we look forward to eighteen more years of service to the community.
