The Mission of River City Community Development Corporation (RCCDC) is to strengthen communities and improve the quality of life for residents in Elizabeth City and Northeastern North Carolina. Founded in 1990, RCCDC is dedicated to providing strong leadership through the implementation of programs and initiatives that provide affordable housing, economic and workforce development, health and wellness, cultural awareness and youth empowerment.
