River City CDC hosts an annual Juneteenth celebration to commemorate the oldest known celebration of the ending slavery in the United States.

Men of Excellence
Each year, River City CDC recognizes men who display extraordinary accomplishments within the local community.
Nominated by members of the community, the accomplishments of these men represent the dedication and love for a community their wish to see strive.
